- Quality assurance control and supervision of contractors for building services on design and construct projects together with condition and performance reports for building services.

- Essential Services plant diagnostic evaluation and report.

- Assessment/report and design of all electrical wiring, switchboards and mains etc.

Enercon provide energy management and systems tuning services to a number of clients. These services involve the examination of the energy consumption trends of the various systems and the analysis of potential savings including a review of the form of control or any other feature that can be economically modified to improve the economy of operation.
